First Response, Inc. is looking to find qualified security officers dedicated to long-term employment. Our service is entirely dependent on the officers on our team, so we look for the best and do everything we can to retain them. We strive to keep employees happy in an environment in which he/she will take pride in their performance and duties.

We recognize the outstanding performance of our officers and reward individuals as Security Officer of the Month, Security Officer of the Year and offer monthly incentives.

First Response's open door policy means that anyone can raise questions and comments easily with management and without negative repercussions.

Our higher than industry average pay rates mean that our officers are finacially secure and have generous sick leave pay and health insurance. The health of our guards is vital to us and we do our best to make sure our team is also our family.

To help facilitate the continuing education of our team members, we also offer a College Tuition Reimbursement Program.
