Our service is entirely dependent on the officers on our team, so we look for the best and do everything we can to retain them. We recognize the outstanding performance of our officers and reward individuals as Security Officer of the Month, Security Officer of the Year and offer monthly incentives.

Our higher than industry average pay rates mean that our officers are finacially secure and have generous sick leave pay and health insurance. The health of our guards is vital to us and we do our best to make sure our team is also our family.

To help facilitate the continuing education of our team members, we also offer a College Tuition Reimbursement Program.

All inclusive rates for:

Overtime rates include:

  • 1.5x the normal rate
  • Over contracted hours
  • Holidays (6)

Paid Vacation includes:

  • 40 hours after 1 year of service
  • 80 hours after 5 years of service
