The success of First Response, Inc. depends upon the effectiveness, efficiency and professionalism of the officers we employ.

To keep up-to-date with the latest security threats and the ever growing markets of our clients, our entire team is constantly learning and evolving. Our on-staff training officer has 20 years of experience and helps with the continued education of our guards.

First Response offers various mandatory and voluntary training programs to ensure our officers are effective.

Constant Supervision of Services

Supervisory inspections are performed on a regular basis to keep our officers current. To keep abreast of current trends and technology, periodic refresher training is given by our supervisors with over 20 years of experience.

Our supervisors are on the road and answer the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to keep our clients in the loop and to stay in touch with our guards. This also helps us to deliver our quick responses to incidents, questions and concerns.

To maintain the intergrity of our team, our officers have the opportunity to pursue continued education and we perform random drug-testing three times a month.
